Welcome to the world of Budabebe. A children's yoga book where cute little Budabebe's share how they do yoga. Tried and tested on children aged 2 and up, the Budabebe characters will draw all children into the fun and infectious practice of yoga.

Within the book is the "Happy Thoughts" page where the children can draw the things that make them happy in the clouds, and refer back to them when they are in Sleeping Lotus pose.

At the back of the book, all the 12 poses are described in full together with their Sanskrit name.
