Try Flamingo!

Why not try flamingo pose?

Stand tall with your feet hip width apart. Take the weight on your left leg

and fold your right leg behind you, catching your foot with your right hand.

Stretch your left arm up to the air. Lower your led and repeat on the other side.

If you want to advance this pose, stretch your left arm out in front of you

and raise your right leg up behind you.
